PATTI LONDRE is a nationally recognized food PR and marketing expert. A graduate Home Economist and accredited public relations practitioner, she is the passionate publisher of food & travel blog Worth The Whisk, president of 29-year-old award-winning firm The Londre Company Marketing & PR and produces Camp Blogaway Bootcamp for Food & Recipe Bloggers, a weekend retreat near Big Bear.
Her career has spanned the written word, with decades of publicity and product writing work for some of America’s favorite food brands. She co-founded Food Bloggers Los Angeles (FBLA), was honored by the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) as its first Award of Excellence recipient for Marketing Communicators and named a “Food PR All-Star” by InsidePR magazine.
She is a frequent speaker to such professional culinary groups as IACP, Women Chefs & Restaurateurs (WCR), Fancy Food Show, Les Dames d’ Escoffier and others. Patti and husband Larry (oft-featured on Worth The Whisk), live in Westwood, CA. Together, they’ve achieved the goal of traveling to all 50 states and all 7 continents (yup, Antarctica!), and are making the rounds again.
